This 70th birthday cake was strawberry with strawberry icing. The cake on top was cut out in the shape of a 70 and then icied on top. The letters were made out of fondant. We hope Judy has a great birthday...

- Summer's Delight came about when my youngest daughter and I wanted to make cakes for our friends and family. We started taking cake decorating classes together and at the same time she was pregnant with our first grandchild which she named Summer. One day we were just riding down the road and we were trying to find names for our blog and I just said "Summer's Delights". In the meantime we found out that our oldest daughter would be expecting our second grandchild, her name is Zoey and we are so excited about our two granddaughers and hope to have them one day helping us in the kitchen fixing cakes for their birthdays.
